- 12:00 Yoga (Tues/Thurs) or Continue Challenge (Mon/Wed)
- 12:30 Lunch (Mon/Wed/Fri)
- 13:00 Lunch (Tues/Thurs)
- 14:00: Afternoon lecture
- Most days will have an afternoon lecture, otherwise we will continue on with morning challenge.
