Why do we teach Human Skills? Employability! We consistently hear from the tech industry that strong Human Skills are what employers are looking for in their teams. They want people who can communicate skillfully and clearly, problem-solve, reflect and think creatively.
Your journey begins by understanding your values and utilising them to give agency to your learning. You will publish some of these reflections on your personalised blog, which constitutes the primary assessment criteria for Human Skills.
